Common obstacles
- The company has AI accounts, but few people use them in daily work
- Teams are unsure what information can safely be entered
- Outputs look plausible, but there is no review process
- Experiments do not connect to measurable business outcomes
What we provide
Workflow review
Map recurring tasks and choose use cases with clear value and acceptable risk.
Prototype & implementation
Build prompts, internal tools, integrations, and human review steps around the actual workflow.
Rules & training
Create practical guidance for information handling, verification, and day-to-day use.
Adoption support
Review results, remove friction, and improve the process with the people doing the work.
Where AI fits—and where it does not
Generative AI is useful for drafting, summarizing, classifying, extracting, comparing, and preparing a first pass. Decisions with legal, financial, safety, or reputational impact need a defined human review. Processes that are already simple and deterministic may be better served by conventional automation.
Example: automated language-training assessment
We built a workflow that accepts learner audio, evaluates English ability, and generates a PDF assessment. The system automates the repetitive first pass while keeping the scoring criteria and final checks visible to the training team.
Information handling
We design the workflow around data sensitivity, the selected AI service’s terms, access controls, retention requirements, and the points where a person must review the result. We do not treat a general-purpose chatbot as the default answer to every problem.
Engagement options
Choose ongoing implementation support, corporate training, or an executive bootcamp. See the English pricing guide for current plans.
